The Orange County Rowing Assocation was founded, and is governed by a group of likeminded community members that are dedicated to promotion the sport of rowing, development of the Hudson River, and overall improvement of quality of life in the Hudson Valley.

Michael J. Griffin V

One of the newest additions to our board. Michael has a lifetime love and history with rowing.  As a Poughkeepsie High School rowing alum as well as a former rower for Community Rowing in Boston, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our Board and coaching staff. We look forward to working with him well into the future! 
 
Eric Bruzzo

An actuary and resident of Newburgh, Marietta College rower, and graduate of University at Albany.  He is a wonderful asset to our board and coaching staff. 
 
Eric Langstedt

 A professor at Mount Saint Mary College, a former Cornell collegiate rower, and published author on rowing history. Eric comes with years of rowing experience, and has been with OCRA since its inception . Having founded a rowing program of his own at the University of Connecticut (UCONN) he knows all too well what is needed to create and maintain a successful program. 

Rachael Skigen
Board Member and Fundraising Chair
 
Also one of the newest additions to our board. Rachael is an attorney and long term "crew mom."  Rachael has been integrally involved with the sport of rowing, fundraising, and the OCRA team for years.  She and her family are a huge part in getting everything that goes on behind the scenes on a daily basis for the club done.  We are so happy to have Rachael on our Board! 
 
Joe Roy

As a retired firefighter and community activist Joe brings years of leadership experience to our team. He has been a big part, and huge help, in aiding OCRA during our recent expansion.
