ADULT FUNDAMENTALS

Once Rowers have completed at least one season of LEARN-TO-ROW (or have prior rowing experience), they will be able to register for our Adult/Open/Masters Program. This program is for rowers over the age of 18 who demonstrate proficient rowing abilities and wish to continue developing their skills.

The Open/Masters program will have two separate components: There will be a competitive program for those who wish to train and compete at regattas.
